There is one word I want to drop out of your vocabulary, “Can’t”. Can’t never could. If you believe you can’t, you wont. Our mind is more powerful than we can comprehend. I know I have personally done things that would be considered physically impossible. Thankfully the Marine Corps did not allow me to think. They taught me to do and I did. That is the reason I think Nike has the best slogan.
JUST DO IT!
Don’t wait until Monday to start your diet or project. Start now. Make your choices immediately and start now. Don’t over think everything. I remember when I first became a stock broker I thought about how every phone call would go before I picked up the phone and psyched myself out, but the calls never went that way. I became successful when I just picked up the phone and made the calls without over thinking. I just did it. The mornings I wake up tired and think I should skip my workout for the day and sleep and I say to myself, ”Just do it”.
I ask this question all the time and rarely get the truth. Do you want to be rich? Everyone I ask says yes, but they are mostly lying. If you want to be rich you can be if you take the right course of action. Or if you take any action. I am not a fairy godmother going to wave a wand and make someone rich. If you want to be rich you need to go after it. Think about what you can do to be rich. You can’t wait for it to happen you need to make it happen. If you have an idea or concept for a product, a book or a business you need to continually move forward with it until you succeed. You don’t fail until you quit.

Set goals for yourself. Make sure they are realistic. Start with stepping stones of realistic goals and work your way to achieve the success you desire. Be persistent. Learn to deal with rejection.

I appreciate people who don’t waste my time and say no. It is better to know if you are not going to get a sale than to be lead on and have your time wasted. Your time is valuable. Time management and prioritizing your tasks will be important as you take on new projects.
POSITIVE AFFRIMATIONS are short positive sentences said repeatedly to program your subconscious to help you attain your desired goals. You do not want the sentences to be in the future, but in the present. “I am” not “I will be”. If you want to be rich then it should be “I am rich” not “I will be rich”. Make sure you visualize your affirmations as you say them. Block all negative thoughts because your subconscious may be confused in your messages. Only make your affirmations positive. If you want to achieve wealth or health you should say “I am wealthy and healthy” not “I am not poor and I am not fat”. Keep those negative thoughts out of your affirmations. Say each affirmation 30 times in a row as many times a day as you can and continue daily. Adjust your affirmations to your goals. The more you can concentrate and visualize the better your outcome will be.
